Beginning today any member of the media that has an inquiry, would like to request an interview or is seeking information from a Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) representative can call the new media line number at 214.749.3800.
The media line will be available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. DART customer service will operate the line. Media representatives are asked to leave the following information with a team member or through voicemail:
Media can expect a confirmation response shortly after their call from a DART spokesperson who will work with them to address their inquiry.
