About Fixed Route Schedule
DART offers a comprehensive Fixed Route Service Schedule that adheres to the GTFS (General Transit Feed Specification) open specifications format. This ensures standardized and easily accessible schedule information. DART provides a single GTFS-Schedule dataset files, encompassing schedules for Bus, Light Rail, TRE (Trinity Railway Express), M-Line Trolley, and streetcar services.
The GTFS-Schedule is regularly published to accommodate both significant changes in our services, such as large schedule modifications, and smaller yet impactful adjustments for severe weather conditions and special events. This proactive approach ensures that the schedules remain up-to-date and reliable for our passengers.
We encourage consumers of GTFS-Schedule to check for new dataset files frequently to stay updated and avoid missing any important revisions. Please note that the published schedules are estimates and are subject to change due to factors such as traffic conditions or inclement weather. To ensure a smooth journey, DART recommends passengers arrive at the designated stops at least 5 minutes before the listed departure times. For real-time information, passengers can conveniently access updates through the GoPass® app.
